33rd Annual Oakwood Garden Tour
April 9-10, 2022 from 9am to 4pm in the Historic Oakwood neighborhood of Downtown Raleigh; admission $25-$45.
From the website: The Oakwood Garden Club is excited to continue the 33rd annual Oakwood Garden Tour and announce our new Fascinator Making Experience.
On Saturday, April 9th and Sunday, April 10th, guests will enjoy a self-guided walking tour featuring Historic Oakwood’s fabulous gardens. Please be prepared to walk approximately 1.5 miles and wear appropriate footwear. Garden hats are always encouraged!
We can’t have an Oakwood Garden tour without confections! Iced tea will be served during the walking tour in select gardens and each ticket-purchaser will receive a small goodie-bag with sweet and savory treats from local businesses.

East Coast Gaming Conference 2022

The largest gathering of video game professionals on the East Coast will return April 19-21, 2022, and will be in person at the Raleigh Convention Center.
The East Coast Game Conference (ECGC) returns for its fourteenth year. The focus of the conference is to provide video game developers with an engaging program and opportunities for collaboration. In 2022, in addition to great keynote speakers, there will be plenty of networking opportunities with some of the greatest minds in the industry.
The conference is hosted by the Triangle Game Initiative, a trade association of video game companies in North Carolina.
Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band

Who doesn't love Jimmy? This event has been rescheduled from its original date of April 18, 2020. Catch Jimmy and his band at the Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek and start off your spring and summer with the master Parrot Head himself.
April 22-23, 2022 at City Plaza in Downtown Raleigh, Friday from 6-10pm and Saturday from 2-10pm; $45 tickets per person.

Brewgaloo features craft breweries from N.C. and partners with local food trucks, local vendors and local bands. Friday night will be a sampler event from 6-10pm. Tickets are $45 per person with a limited number of tickets being sold. Sample size pours will be available for you to try the best of N.C. Must be 21 and up to attend the Friday night event. Designated Driver's need not purchase tickets, thank you for being responsible!
Saturday is 2-10pm. Beer is sold by the pint or the taste. Samples are one ticket and full pints are five tickets. No admission fee to enter the festival. Saturday's event is open to the public and free to attend. Saturday will feature over 75 N.C. Breweries, over 50 Food Trucks, dozens of local vendors and bands. Drink tickets will be sold in advance and available for purchase at the festival. Food trucks and vendors accept cash and credit options.
