Similar to a luxury apartment, serviced apartments are fully-furnished with fully-equipped kitchens and in-residence laundry. Like a hotel, they allow for flexible check-in and check-out dates with a single lease rate that includes periodic housekeeping services, high-speed internet and a concierge.

Our rental rates include all utilities, Enterprise Grade Wi-Fi, Weekly Housekeeping services, Samsung Ultra Hi Def Media Streaming TV with casting and the latest channel line up from Google’s YouTube TV.
The average square footage for our One Bedroom Residence is +/- 525 sq. ft, and our Two Bedroom Residence is +/- 725 sq. ft.
Revisn’s Weekly Housekeeping services include:

- Refreshing the Towels
- Waste Removal
- Dusting of furniture
- Sweeping and vacuuming of units
- Cleaning of Bathroom
Additional housekeeping services are available for a fee based on your specific needs.
Yes, every residence is equipped with a LG washer and dryer combo.
Yes, we have complimentary Enterprise Grade Wi-Fi available in every residence, reception lobby, conference room and roof terrace garden.

Yes, Revisn is both dog and cat friendly only. A signed Pet Agreement must be in place before any pet will be allowed in any Suite or public area. Up to two pets are allowed and up to 40 lbs. A $250 non-refundable cleaning fee applies for one pet. A $500 non-refundable cleaning fee applies for two pets.

Yes. There is free parking available on the street. Parking is also available within our secure onsite parking garage at a cost of $150.00 per month pending availability of spaces. Additional parking is available at a secure offsite parking garage just a short one block walk from Revisn Raleigh.

Reservations and Payments
No, our all-Inclusive offer requires no security deposit, no other fees. A Credit Card is required to guarantee payment to reserve your residence and full rent payment must be made in advance for the first month’s rent. Any subsequent extensions must be prepaid in advance.
Check In begins at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check Out is by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
